Garage sales and thrift shops. Many people rush to buy movies on DVD when they first come out. After a period of time they have no interest in these movies and are looking to get rid of them. You can find entire collections at local garage sales. You can also find a limited selection at thrift shops. These options are less reliable than the first two, buy you will usually find movies considerably cheaper in these venues.
